GUIDELINES

1) Students should be rising sophomores, juniors, seniors, or       

    graduate studies. Continuing education for current teachers.

2) Only students registered as a teacher accreditation concentration

    will be considered.

3) Students should have at least at 2.5 GPA to be eligible.

4) Current teachers should be actively teaching in an accredited

    K-12 brick and mortar school for the upcoming school year.

    Teachers in NC Virtual Academy and Public Education Virtual

    classrooms hosted by individual counties are also eligible.

    (IE ABSS Virtual Academy).

    ***Homeschool programs are not eligible at this time.***

5) NC Pre-K teachers teaching in a NC Public education classroom

    are also eligible.

 

Applications will be weighted as followed:

Student applications:

Financial Need                    35%

GPA                                      15%

Leadership                           20%

Service                                  20%

Application Completion     10%

Application Completion     10%

 

Scholarships will be awarded in amounts up to $2500 depending on number of eligible applicants, need, and yearly donation totals.

Applications for Spring 2026 funding will accepted between Oct 1st, 2025 and December 31th, 2025.
